Good afternoon.

Learn / join ConcordIAA specific use case for your situation?
Based on the facts, the country, the location and, where relevant, the contract you provide, ConcordIA legally qualifies your situation (relevant area of law: civil, commercial, employment, consumer, criminal...), identifies the most relevant procedure and competent jurisdiction, then queries the corresponding official sources before generating a reasoned opinion. This qualification is reassessed with every new piece of information: if later facts change the nature of the dispute (for example elements that are actually criminal in nature), ConcordIA flags it and adjusts its analysis accordingly.
ConcordIA never invents its sources: every opinion queries the official APIs of the relevant country in real time rather than generating a reference a priori. In France, those are Légifrance (statutory law) and Judilibre (case law of the Cour de cassation). Every legal point shown comes with its precise source and last-updated date, directly viewable. This official-API architecture, country by country, is designed to gradually extend beyond France, starting with the European Union.
Yes, at any time and on request. A qualified, licensed legal professional (lawyer, neutral third party or expert depending on the resolution mode chosen) can review and countersign the document produced by ConcordIA, either individually or through a dedicated business space — it's this licensed intervention, and only this, that makes the agreement approvable by a judge, and therefore genuinely enforceable. This human intervention is never a mandatory step: ConcordIA remains usable and free from start to finish as long as everything stays AI-assisted, and a professional's intervention is only billed if you explicitly request it.
ConcordIA is free as long as the resolution stays fully AI-assisted: dispute qualification, legal opinions, exchanges between parties, generation of the final document. Only an on-demand human professional intervention (review, countersignature, neutral third party) is paid, depending on the ConcordIA Pro or Business plan chosen.
Five modes, each with its own mechanics: mediation and conciliation, where ConcordIA guides the parties toward an agreement they validate themselves; arbitration, adjudication and expertise, where ConcordIA directly hands down a decision or a final finding without requiring the parties' agreement. The mode is chosen when the case is opened and shapes the vocabulary and flow of the entire Action.
In mediation and conciliation, no outcome is imposed: if the parties can't reach an agreement, they can request the intervention of a human mediator or close the case without an agreement. In arbitration, adjudication and expertise, ConcordIA rules directly — the decision or finding handed down becomes the case's final outcome, with no negotiation required between the parties.
Yes. Every Action takes place in a private space accessible only to the parties involved (and, where applicable, the neutral third party or mediator called in). No account is required to use ConcordIA, and your personal data is processed in compliance with the GDPR — see our privacy policy for full details.
